The archaeological material is rich and diversified: ceramics, amphoras, mosaics, inscriptions, steles, architecture elements, ancient currencies, prehistoric tools out of stone and bone, faunal remainders etc... It gives an idea on prehistory as well as the pre-Islamic history (Phoenician, Punic, Mauritanian and Roman) in addition to the Islamic history.
